Accepted payment methods include Azul credit cards and PayPal. Payment processing must be completed before production of any customized order begins.

5. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Since our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on the part of Joyce Designs.

If the received product has any defect, the customer must notify Joyce Designs within the first 7 business days after receiving the product, providing photographic evidence of the defect. If the error or defect is validated, a repair or replacement will be offered at no additional cost.

6. Production and Delivery Time

The estimated production time for each customized product will be indicated during the purchase process. This time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the number of orders in queue.

Delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the selected shipping method. Joyce Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or by circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or customs).

All designs, images, texts, and other content on the Joyce Designs website are the exclusive property of Joyce Designs or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
